Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPORT FOR THE SUSTAINMENT OF PA-WIDE WORKSTATIONS
1) The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2026 with Certificate of Availability of Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP149,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPORT FOR THE SUSTAINMENT OF PA-WIDE WORKSTATIONS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for 2,550 units Desktop Computer & 450 units Laptop Computer. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
