Description : 1. The Philippine Army, through the Advice Sub Allotment (ASA) Nr 2600-2025-0499 dtd 10 July 2025, intends to apply the following sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Subs Geographic Information System (GIS) Subscription under SIG PABAC2 043-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed within five (5) years from the date of Submission and Receipt of Bids a contract similar to the Project.
