Description : 1. The Philippine Army, through the Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) Nr 2600-2025-0025 dated 21 January 2025 duly signed by COL CHRISTOPHER M DIAZ GSC (INF) PA, AC of S for FM, G10, PA, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP32,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Spectrum Analyzer Handheld under Bid Ref. No. SIG PABAC2-040-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Army now invite Bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the Supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of Submission and Receipt of Bids a Contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
