Description : 1. The Philippine Army intends to apply the following sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABCs) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Lot Development of PA Wi-Fi Captive Portal under SIG PABAC2-028-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The Philippine Army now invites Bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the Supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed within five (5) days from the date of Submission and Receipt of Bids a Contract similar to the project.
