Description : 1. The Philippine Army, through the Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) Nr 2200-2025-0156 dated 13 February 2025 duly signed by COL CHRISTOPHER M DIAZ GSC (INF) PA, AC of S for FM, G10, PA, intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Five Million One Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Pesos (PhP75,129,000.00) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Communication Equipment for the Operationalization of 11ID, PA and PA C4ISTAR Capability Developmemnt (Satellite Phone) under SIG PABAC2-016-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Army now invite Bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the Supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP.
