Description : Shipping and Hauling of PSI WITH ANCILLARY KIT
(Regions 3, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 8,11, 12 and POPCOM CO)

Requirements:

• Shipped via sea/land/trucking cargo
• Payment to supplier is thru LDDAP-ADA
• Pick-up point is specified Warehouse in Paranaque / Marikina City and Taguig City
• Pick-up should be within 1-2 days upon notification from end-user, preferably office hours
• Complete delivery to all Regional Offices must be 15-30 days upon Receipt of Job Order
• Any damage made on the commodities during transit shall be conducted from the final billing of the 3PL (equivalent to the cost of the commodities)
• The 3PL should notify POPCOM Central Office - SCM and point person of destination of the Estimated Time of Arrival 1 day before the ETA
• Forwarder to provide packing material and human resource in hauling & repacking, including labels of the boxes. Details of the label will be provided by POPCOM.
• The forwarder must have an owned / rented warehouse of at least 300sqm, and with at least 2 unit of 10 wheeler trucks or equiv...
