Description : 1)The DTI-CAR, through the 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,159,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Deliver of Shared Service Facility on Food Processing Training Center Project with Solicitation Number 2025-ITB-10-17. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2)The DTI-CAR now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Shared Service Facility on Food Processing Training Center Project using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) Calendar days for imported goods or 60 Calendar days for locally available goods from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
