Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php900,000.00), inclusive
of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Servicing of One (1) unit 5MVA Transformer
(“Project”) through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and
Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The services shall be rendered at Imelda Zamboanga
Sibugay within Ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and
Acceptance Letter (AL).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Detailed Scope of Work for complete details.
Financial Bid Proposal (use the prescribed Form provided) including the following documents
may be delivered to the address below or emailed at alvasquez@pnoc-ec.com.ph /
ellite@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before March 18, 2026, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission
