Description : Purpose/Objective: To support the successful staging of the 5th Budayaw Festival, hosted by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), by highlighting the rich cultural diversity, vibrant creative industries, and peace-driven development of Mindanao and Palawan under the BIMP
EAGA framework. This bid seeks to strengthen regional cooperation, promote intercultural understanding among BIMP-EAGA member countries, and ensure a meaningful, well-facilitated, and enriching experience for all participating delegations during their stay in the Philippines.
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a registered Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PHILGEPS) service provider- Must have Platinum accreditation;
• Must have completed at least 1 tourism related event with the Philippine Department of Tourism;
• Must have a Mayor-s Permit or Local Business Permit.
• Must be a DOT-accredited tour operator or hotel.
• Willing to provide services on send-bill arrangement.
