  1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the General Fund - Annual Budget 2025 8918-50212010 (SB1-Environment/Sanitary) Approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Six Pesos Only (Php9,999,996.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Services: Tipping Fee (Material recovery facility and engineered sanitary landfill). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Services: Tipping Fee (Material recovery facility and engineered sanitary landfill). Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
