PROJECT: 33rd BIMP-EAGA Senior Officials Meeting (SOM) / 28th

Ministerial Meeting and Related Events/BIMP-EAGA Tourism and Trade Expo Purpose/Objective: To support the successful staging of the 33rd BIMP-EAGA Senior Officials Meeting (SOM) / 28th Ministerial Meeting and Related Events.

This bid seeks to strengthen regional cooperation, promote intercultural understanding among BIMP-EAGA member countries, and ensure a meaningful, well-facilitated, and enriching experience for all participating delegations during their stay in the Philippines.

III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a registered Philippine Government Electronic Procurement

System (PHILGEPS) service provider- Must have Platinum

accreditation;

• Must have completed at least 1 tourism related event with the Philippine

Department of Tourism;

• Must have a Mayor-s Permit or Local Business Permit.

• Willing to provide services on send-bill arrangement.
