1.The SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF SUNGADAN, through the SK FUNDS ALLOCATED FOR THE OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES UNDER ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP, FOR BARANGAY FIESTA CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (P 66,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Services of Game Officials for the Basketball Tournament of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sungadan, under contract SK-Sungadan-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
