SERVICES OF AN EVENTS MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR THE ARABIAN TRAVEL MARKET (ATM) 2025

1. The Tourism Promotions Board Philippines (TPBPHL), through the 2025 Approved Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP5,360,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Services of an Events Management Company for the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025/ITB No. 2025-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The TPBPHL now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The schedule of delivery of the Goods is provided in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
