SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF CONCRETE NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST (NDT) USING REBOUND HAMMER (18 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS OF THE BUILDINGS) TO DETERMINE THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE EXISTING GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AT SAN ISIDRO, TARLAC CITY

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 180,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Services for the Conduct of Concrete Non-Destructive Test (NDT) using Rebound Hammer (18 Different Locations of the Buildings) to determine the Structural Integrity of the existing Government Buildings at San Isidro, Tarlac City / B-G-2024-A-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
