Scope of Work :
1.Monthly filter cleaning
2.Quarterly preventive maintenance
a.Seven (7) ACC units
i.Check-up refrigerant and oil charge
ii.Check and clean contact point of contactors
iii.Check temperature, pressure, voltages and amperage
iv.Cleaning of condenser coil using pressure washer
v. Flushing of drain pipe
vi. Bolt tightening of power terminals
vii. Minor check-up
b.
Two (2) Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (outdoor)
i. Removal of access panel, cleaning of air filter with pressure washer
ii. Check and clean evaporator-cooling coil using pressure washer
iii. Inspect wiring for condition. Tighten all connections
iv. Lubricate fan motor if needed
v. Check piping insulation of AHU
vi. Clean base fan
vii. Check operating line voltage and current
viii. Check, clean, tighten circuit breaker, starter and control relay
