Description : 1.) One (1) lot Termite Management Phase II, R1MC Main (Old OPD Building, Medical/Pedia/ Pay 3rd Floor Building) ( 13059)
SCOPE OF WORK:
1.) Ocular inspection and identification of areas of concerns
2.) Designation of strategic areas where devices for treatment will be installed
3.) Setting schedule for treatment/visit for treatment and monitoring
- Monthly Schedule should be given in order to give way for the preparation and distribution of notice to areas of concern
4.) Treating Activities
- Should be done at least one (1) time in one (1) month.
- Should be done on scheduled date. For change of date, advance notice from the outsource company should be given to the institution.
5.) Monitoring Activities.
- Should be done at least one (1) time in one (1) month
