Scope of Assignment of the Service Provider
A. Pre-Production
a. Participation in meetings and FGDs with the project implementers and stakeholders in the development of the concept of the AVP
b. Hire a technical director to take the lead on the drafting and finalization of the storyboard

B. Actual Production
- Takes the lead in the video/photo documentation of the identified subjects
- Hire/Assign a video director who will lead and guide the team and the concerned actors during the actual shoot. He will ensure that all necessary information, pictures, videos were taken in a manner that is compliant to the approved storyboard
- Actual shoot/interview
- Video Editing
- The service provider shall shoulder logistics/transportation.

C. Post
- Initial presentation of the material to the RAPID Regional Coordination Unit XII for initial comments
- Able to incorporate enhancements/input
- Ensure that all required videography/video-editing jobs...
