Description : GOODS/SERVICES-2025-07-030 SERVICE PROVIDER FOR MICROBIOLOGICAL TEST FOR HOUSEHOLD BACTERIALOGIC WATER SAMPLING OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH LABORATORY SERVICES (APRIL-DECEMEBR 2025) OF RHU, MINGLANILLA, CEBU

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the LOCAL FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P 497,250.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SERVICES ON MICROBIOLOGICAL TEST (WATER SAMPLING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required within NNE (9) months. Bidders should have completed at least one (1) contract that is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
