SERVICE PROVIDER FOR EMPLOYMENT EXAMINATION

Employment Competency Test with variety of tests and screenings that can detail how the applicant can perform tasks
Efficiency in the workplace. The Employment Examination

will be done either face to face or virtual

1. Integrity Test
2. Cognitive Ability Test
3. Personality Test
4. Emotional Intelligence Test
5. Skill Assessment Test

The Service provider is also required to be competent in
handling persons with disabilities and have facilities for them:
a. Partially and totally blind examinees can take the examination using either the dictation or the Braile
System.
Those with low vision will be assigned test materials with increased font size
b. The deaf or hard of hearing will be guided by a room examiner
And proctor with knowledge on sign language or by certified
sign language interpreters
c. The Examinees who are PWDs, Pregnant Women & Senior Citizens will be assigned to take the examination
in a room located on the ground floor ...
