Description : I. Background and Rationale

The Department of Tourism Region XI (DOT XI) remains committed to advancing the quality and competitiveness of the region-s tourism and hospitality sector. As global travel continues to rebound, guest expectations are likewise evolving—demanding not only comfort and efficiency but also consistent, high-level service grounded in professionalism and genuine Filipino hospitality.

In line with this commitment, DOT XI shall undertake the simultaneous conduct of three (3) essential skills development programs from 09-27 March 2026, specifically designed for staff and personnel of DOT-accredited accommodation establishments, namely:

9-13 March 2026: Course on Housekeeping;
16-20 March 2026: Course on Front Office Operations; and
23-27 March 2026: Course on Waitering and Bartending
