1. GOVERNMENT APPROPRIATIONS AND ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (GAAMS)
2. GENERAL SERVICES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (GSMS)
The service maintenance shall include, but is not limited to the following:
*Upgrade of data filed structure for the additional subsystems of GAAMS for the Revenue & Expenditure of the following:
-GAAMS 400 for the Health services fund of the LGU
-GAAMS 500 for the Hospital funds
-GAAMS 600 for the Credit Facility Loan
*Upgrade of GSMS DATA FIELD structures and New GPPB prescribed reports
*Three days training
*Preventive and corrective system maintenance
*Troubleshooting and resolution of system issues
*Bug fixes and minor system enhancements system updates and security patches
*Technical support via phone, email, or remote access
*Backup monitoring and date integrity checks
