Description : 1. The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and to participate in the bidding for the above-mentioned project in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

2. For item B, the issuance of award shall be upon receipt of the Authority to Purchase Motor Vehicle from the Department of Budget and Management.

3. The AFAB reserves the right to declare a failure of bidding if the funds/allotments for the project have been withheld or reduced through no fault of the procuring entity.
