Scope of Work
1. Server Room Construction and Partitioning
• Partitioning: Construct a new server room with dimensions of 10x7 Square Feet. The walls will be a glass partition to provide visibility while maintaining a secure environment.
• Access Control: Install an automated door lock (biometric/password unlock) system on the server room door for restricted access.
• Wall Repainting: Repaint the interior walls of the server room using two shades of gray: ANSI 49 and ANSI 61.

2. Physical Security and Surveillance
• CCTV Installation: Install a total of 16 IP Cameras (CCTV) at strategic locations around the PENRO Office to ensure comprehensive security coverage. The cameras will be integrated into the existing network. Additional DVR and NVR should be considered.
