REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
"Septic Tank Siphonig"
1. The Batangas State University (BatState U) through the Bids and Awards Committee invites interested firms/supplier to submit quotation for the project "Septic Tank Siphonig" with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Seven Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (Php 736,000.00). Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening.

1) Provision for Tools, Manpower, and
Equipment, which are required in the project.
2) Applied vacuum suctioning of remaining liquid
through our vector trucks.
3) While the liquefaction process is ongoing,
suctioning will be done continuously till the tank
is filled in (if needed).
4) All loads taken will be transported in sealedtype vacuum trucks.
5) There will be a proper discharge of waste to the
Accredited DENR Treater.
6) Certificate of Disposal/Treatment and
completion report will be provided
