SECTION 1 INVITATION TO BID
SENIOR CITIZENS WEEK AT BARANGAY SAN FERNANDO, MALVAR, BATANGAS
1.The Barangay Council, through the annual Budget of the SOCIAL SERVICES at Barangay San Fernando Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos ( 100,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SENIOR CITIZENS WEEK at Barangay San Fernando, Malvar, Batangas. Bids receive in excess of the ABC shall be Automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Barangay Council now invites bids for SENIOR CITIZENS WEEK , at Barangay San Fernando, Malvar, Batangas. Completion of the works is required within 15 calendar days upon the effectivity of the contract or not later than seven ( 7 ) days upon received of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should be completed at least 50% of a contract similar to the project from the date of submission and receipt of Bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding Documents particularly, in instruction to Bidders.
