3. Must have a conference/function room that can accommodate up to 35 persons.

III. SCOPE OF WORK

• Room accommodation for 29 people
• Function Room fit for 35 people
• Open air venue for outdoor activity complete with garden, pool, sound system & microphone and setup of chairs
• Near the shore for team-building activity
