1. The Guimaras State University, through the Local Income (Fund 164) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 7,000,240.00) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Semi-Expendable Machinery & Equipment, Other Professional Services, ICT Equipment and Other Machineries & Equipment for the Advance Education of Guimaras State University with the Solicitation Number: 25-03-0044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
