RATIONALE:
Ramos Water District desires to engage the service of the SECURITY AGENCY for the purpose of maintaining law and order at its establishment located at Poblacion North, Ramos, Tarlac by securing, protecting and guarding its property at said place from theft, robbery, arson, destruction or damage of property as well as protecting its owners and employees from assault, harassment, threat or intimidation as well as enforcing and implementing its rules, policies and regulations relative to the maintenance of the security and safety threat.
