1. The Metro Manila 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2023 intends to
apply the sum of NINE MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS AND TWENTY-ONE CENTAVOS ONLY
(₱9,186,218.21) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No.
23GOB125 - General Support Services; Security Services Requirement of
MMIDEO, NCR, DPWH, Rosario, Pasig City. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MMIDEO-NCR-DPWH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of Manpower is required within 7 days. Bidders should have completed,
within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar
