Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SECURITY SERVICES FOR PENRO NEGROS OCCIDENTAL FOR CY 2026

1) The PENRO Negros Occidental, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 2,130,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Security Services for PENRO Negros Occidental for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The PENRO Negros Occidental now invites bids for the Security Services for PENRO Negros Occidental for CY 2026 using the Competitive Bidding Modality. Delivery of the Goods is required upon the receipt of the notice to proceed and upon approval of the General Appropriations Act (GAA). Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
