  Description : PROCUREMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  
  1. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P1,500,000.00).
  2. Price quotation should be inclusive of tax obligations.
  3. Covering Period: Nine (9) Months.
  4. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within 30 calendar days upon receipt of billing statement.
  5. Quotations, including supporting documentary requirements, received after the specified deadline are not accepted. The date and time indicated in the Procuring Entity-s email receipt is the official basis for determining if the submission was timely.
  6. Refusal to accept an award may be grounds for sanctions under RA 12009.
  7. Failure of the supplier to render services under the contract within the specified contract period will result in damages based on the IRR of RA 12009.
  8. The Head of the Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any and all bids as per the IRR of RA 12009.
