Tender are invited for SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE DOTR-CO

Description : 1) The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the National Expenditure Program for FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Two Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Two Hundred Eleven Pesos and Eighty Eight Centavos (Php 19,276,211.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Security Services for the DOTr-CO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DOTr now invites bids for the Security Services for the DOTr-CO, which shall be procured under Early Procurement Activities. Deployment of Services is required for the duration of Nine (9) months (01 February 2026 to 31 November 2026). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
