TERMS OF REFERENCE:
1) The amount to be paid by the Procuring Entity for the Security Services must be on a monthly basis upon submission of Statement of Account (SOA).
2) The Interested supplier must meet the following requirements:
a) Must be a member of Philippine Association of Detective Protective Agency Operators (PADPAO).
b) Must provide Two (2) licensed security guards on a 12 hour shifting schedule per guard.
c) The security guards must have passed the Neuro Psychological Test, with Good Moral Character, Physically and Mentally Fit, with age not less than 21 years old.
