Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES OF CAPIZ STATE UNIVERSITY

IB NO. 2025-05-0015

1. The Capiz State University, through the Internally Generated Fund - 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php11,760,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Pro-curement of Security Services of Capiz State University. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically re-jected at bid opening.
Note:
• The representative for the above-stated project is required to submit his/her original special power of attor-ney/Secretary Certificate.

2. The Capiz State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required upon expiration of the current Contract Agreement No. 2024 - 0028 (valid until June 27, 2025). Bidders should have com-pleted, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bid-ders).
