Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY IN LUZON, VISAYAS AND MINDANAO AREA FOR CY - 2026 (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)

1) The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), through the Fund 101 and Fund 156 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Two Million Five Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Pesos (32,586,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Security Services for the Bureau of Plant Industry in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Area for CY - 2026 (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) now invites bids for the above project. Delivery of the Goods is required within January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years (from CY 2023 to present) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract or an aggregate of at most three contracts similar to the Project to be bid, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
