(Multi-Year Contract)

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Two Million Three Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Three and 50/100 Pesos (₱32,382,563.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC); Budget for the Subsequent Years covered by approved Certificate of Budget Inclusion for payments under the contract Security Services for Area II (Multi-year Contract). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
