Description : In view of the two-failed biddings, The Davao del Norte State College, through the Intenally Generated Income-Tuition Fee intends to apply the sum of Four Million Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Seven Pesos and 80/100 Only (Php 4,015,407.80), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the first year of the multi-year contract (2 years) under the contract for Security Services of Agency Guards, ITB-2025-17. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The contract duration will be (1) year from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP) is received. Performance will be evaluated before the end of each contract period, and the contract may be subject to renewal based on evaluation.
