Description : 1. The Davao del Norte State College, through the Internally Generated Income-Tuition Fee intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos and 07/100 Only (Php 4,004,462.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the first year of the multi-year contract (2 years) under the contract for Security Services of Agency Guards, ITB-2025-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The contract duration will be (1) one year from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP) is received. Performance will be evaluated before the end of each contract year, and the contract may be subject to renewal based on the evaluation.

2. The Davao del Norte State College now invites bids for the Security Services of Agency Guards, ITB-2025-05. Delivery of the Services in indicated in Section VI-Schedule of Requirement. Bidders should have at least one completed similar contract with government agency within three years prior to the deadline of submission and opening of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
