  Description : TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
  
  Scope of Works:
  
  a. Protect all equipment and properties within the Licab WD specified Area of Responsibility (AOR) against loss and or damages;
  b. Ensure the security and safety of all personnel and visitors transacting business inside the specified AOR;
  c. Maintain peace and order; and
  d. Effectively enforce Rules and Regulations, Standard Operation Procedure-s/Memo-Circulars/Directives with regards to security and safety matters.
  
  Qualification of Security Guards:
  
  a. Must be Filipino citizen;
  b. At least a high school graduate;
  c. At least twenty one (21) years old but not more than fifty (50) years old;
  d. At least 5-4” tall for male ;
  e. Must be physically and mentally fit as indicated in neuro-psychiatric clearance from PNP and DOH-accredited institution;
  f. Of good moral character and cleared by law enforcement or police agencies or National Bureau of Investigation and has not been convicted by final judgment of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude. For former armed service personnel, must submit honorable discharge documents;
