Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) YEAR SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES REGIONAL OFFICE XII (DENR RO XII)

In order to maintain a secure and safe working environment, and protection of the office properties, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office XII will contract a Service Provider for Security Services with competent and equipped Security Personnel.
The Service Provider shall ensure security and safety of DENR Regional Office XII personnel, facilities and equipment within and exterior premises of the office from burglary, sabotage, fire unruly rallies and unlawful acts.
The areas requiring Security Services within the DENR RO XII compound covering the Main Building (Center Wing, Right Wing and Left Wing), Hostel Building and the Land Records Building including its exterior premises.
The proposed security service covers the period of one (1) year, to commence on 01 January 2026 up to 31 December 2026, amounting to Two Million and Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only.
