1. The Provincial Government of Samar hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” now requests for submission of price quotations for the procurement of the aforesaid item described further in the Technical Specifications;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*In Compliance with existing Labor Laws and Standards, the Quotation should show and include the "Price Schedule" per Guard, as specified but not limited to the following stated below:
*Amount Directly to Guard: Daily Wage(minimum rate), Average Pay/month, Night Shift Differential Pay, 13th Month Pay, 5 Days Incentive Pay, Uniform Allowance.
*Amount to the Government in favor of the Guard: Retirement Benefits, SSS Premium, Philhealth Contribution, State Insurance Fund, Pag-ibig Fund.
