Description : The Agency shall provide the Client with a security details consisting by initially of (3) uniformed security guards (12) hours (day and night shift), and or to as many as maybe required by the client at Lananpin National High School located at Pinmaludpod Urdaneta City, Pangasinan and/or at any other premises the Client may require to post security guard, twelve (12) hours daily, including Saturdays and Sundays, legal and special holidays. For this purpose, the Client shall indicate in writing to the Agency the desired post shall manned and the number of guards per shift which may from time to time, the revised or amended by the Client.
The Agreement shall be for the period of 12 months to commence on January 01, 2025 at 7:00 AM/7:00 PM/7:00 PM/7:00AM shifting to expired on December 31, 2025, and may automatically extended for the same contract duration by mutual agreement of the parties provided, however that neither the Client nor the Agency shall be held liable for loses or damaged incurred by the other as a result of lawful termination of this Agreement before the expiration of the stipulated period.
