Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES

I. Areas of Operation
1. LPGH&STC Buildings 1, 2, 3, & 4 and Modular Hospital

II. Security Services Requirements
1. Tour of Duty - Total of three (3) shifts as follows: Including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
1st shift - 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
2nd shift - 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
3rd shift - 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Three (3) shifts daily (Monday to Sunday)

2. With at least five (5) years- experience as Security Service Provider
i. At least three (3) years hospital experience (Government or Private)

3. Existing legitimate and duly licensed firearms (100 pcs.)

4. Provision of communication facilities

5. When the exigency of the services requires, there should be readily available additional guards within twenty-four (24) hours

6. Availability of security emergency response team services

7. Financial net worth of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10M) and above for FY 2021 (Assets less Liabilities based on the latest Financial Statement
