Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SECURITY FEE OF TWELVE (12) SECURITY GUARDS FOR 12 MONTHS DURATION

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System, Dam & Reservoir Division, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract approved by the Governing Boards for CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seventy-Four Thousand Sixty-Eight Pesos and Seventy-Four Centavos (P4,074,068.74) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Security Fee of Twelve (12) Security Guards for 12 Months Duration with Contract No. 2025-MARIIS-DRD-COB-MOOE-G-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System, Dam & Reservoir Division now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Deployment of security guards is required by three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
