Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

Procurement of Security and Janitorial Services for FY 2026

1) The Isabela State University-Roxas through the Fund 101(GAA) and 164(Special Budget) intends to apply the sum of Lot 1- Security Services - Php 4,209,706.00 with Project No. 0452-2025 and Lot 2- Janitorial Services - Php 465,883.00 with Project No. 0453-2025 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Isabela State University-Roxas Campus now invites bids for Security and Janitorial Services for FY 2026 using the [insert strategic consideration or procurement strategy, if any]. Delivery of the Goods is required January 01, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least 12 months / 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
