Description : Invitation to Bid for the Sectional Repair of Damaged Concrete Pavement at CIP Complex, Cebu Baseport
1. The Cebu Port Authority, through the 2025 CPA Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Five Hundred Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and 79/100 (PhP 30,516,759.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Sectional Repair of Damaged Concrete Pavement at CIP Complex, Cebu Baseport, ID 2025-14-IN (CO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project with the work items given below. Completion of the Works is required within 300 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
