Second Bidding for Catering Services and set-up venue
during various meetings/ conferences /seminars /trainings
for the period January to December 2026, provide tables
and chairs if requested.

1. The service provider should comply with all of the
following meals upon receipt of and as indicated in the Job
Order, at the option of the procuring entity:
1.1) 4,325 AM Snacks
Total = PHP648,750.00
1.2) 4,930 Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Total = PHP1,232,500.00
1.3) 4,325 PM Snacks
Total = PHP648,750.00
2. Serve meals with maximum price per set menu that shall
not exceed PHP550.00/head per day. Make available free
flowing brewed coffee, creamer, sugar (muscovado) at
every service, mineral water at least commensurate to the
number of participants for the entire duration of the activity.
Offered price shall not exceed the maximum allowable cost
