Description : 1. The Las Piñas National High School Almanza, through the School's Additional Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) October 2025 intends to apply the One Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (₱183,500.00) being the Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the School-Based In-Service Training for Teachers 2025 Meals from October 27-30. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Completion period of the project must be within 4 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

3. The Las Piñas National High School Almanza now requests for quotation for the School-Based In-Service Training for Teachers 2025 Meals from October 27-30. Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (R.A.)...
