1. The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, through the FY2025/2026 Corporate Operating Budget
for the contract approved by the SBMA Governing Board, intends to apply the sum of Sixty-
Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 64,300,000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
REDEVELOPMENT OF MINI GOLF COURSE PARK/ SBMA-BAC-INFRA-IB-13-25. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority now invites bids for:
