1. The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, through the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT FUND, intends to apply the sum of Seventy Eight Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php78,450,000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF SEAPORT FACILITIES: SEAPORT DEPARTMENT BUILDING / SBMA-BAC-INFRA-IB-09-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
